LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

I have used scientific research and methods towards a working strength and conditioning program. Implementation of these programs allow for a greater developmental journey towards the athlete’s overall goal. My philosophy is scientifically designed for success. However, a good training program can always be molded and flexible to achieve a greater program.

 

I can assess more programs and learn more about outcomes of specific programs. Learning and assessing these programs allows for me as a coach to also learn. This type of environment shows your co-workers and athletes that you are still learning and still trying to understand and adapt new philosophies and ideas.
